Shipping
We currently ship to all six GCC countries: the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait.
Shipping is the same across all our delivery countries: $35 for a single pair, or $25 per pair on orders of two or more. The exact amount is confirmed at checkout.
Every pair is handmade to order in our Bangkok workshop — allow 1–3 business days of production before dispatch.
Orders across the Gulf typically arrive within 5–10 days of dispatch.
You'll receive a tracking number the moment your order ships.
Any local customs duties, where they apply, remain the customer's responsibility.
Returns
Because every pair is handmade to order, we accept a return or exchange only if your order arrives damaged or faulty.
We don't accept returns for change of mind or for the wrong size, so please check the Size guide carefully before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the issue.
Once we confirm a manufacturing fault or transit damage, we'll repair, replace or refund the pair at no cost to you.
To report a damaged item, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos.
